The Douglasville "League of Stars" will kick off their inaugural season on April 22nd!
The League of Stars program provides an opportunity for children with mental and/or physical challenges to play baseball on a specially designed rubber turf field, The League of Stars makes dreams come true for children with special needs. There is no fee associated with this program.
The program starts April 22nd and runs through May 20th, 2017 from 11:30am to 12:30pm each Saturday. Equipment is provided by Douglasville Parks & Recreation, and each child will get to hit and play the field during each game. A banquet and trophy ceremony will cap off the season.
