Cardio Kickboxing

Cardio kickboxing is a group fitness class that uses music to combine martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio.
This high energy workout is for beginners and elite athletes alike.
Build stamina, improve coordination, flexibility, and burn calories as you create lean muscle.

Class Day and Time: 10:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m. 

Cost: $10 per class or $35 a month.
