We have great outdoor facilities too.....

Are you ready for some football? Jessie Davis Park is where you can find the Harvey Jones Football Facility and the Douglasville Tiger Cubs, who score all those touchdowns on our newly renovated football field. When you need to cool off, take a dip in our sparkling swimming pool, which happens to be the only outdoor public pool facility in Douglas County.

What else? Jessie Davis Park also has the largest outdoor basketball court in the county; there is one regulation basketball court and two moderate full courts for all the pickup games you can play. It’s not all about the sports over here, though.

We have two playgrounds for the kids to play and frolic on, three picnic pavilions where you can grill some good food and enjoy a nice outdoor party, and when you’re ready to work all of that off, you can take a nice walk on the surrounding paved walking trail.

Love horseshoe pitching? Davis Park features five regulation horseshoe courts and is the host of the City of Douglasville Annual Horseshoe Tournament, which attracts some the best horseshoe enthusiasts in the southeast. Mark your calendar for each Saturday before July 4th and come out and enjoy the blind draw tournament.

How great does all of that sound? We are all about the community here at Jessie Davis Park and we love to host the many festivals, sports activities and recreational events that want to enjoy our grounds and facilities. For more information, please call (678) 449–3056.
