The City of Douglasville will be hosting a National Cancer Survivors Day Event on O’Neal Plaza.
The event will take place on Sunday, June 5th at 2:00 pm. The ceremony will be an opportunity to celebrate all cancer survivors who reside in the City of Douglasville. Included in the ceremony will be a reading of a proclamation from the Mayor’s office read by Councilman Howard Estes, a speech by Renee Brigman-Lake from the Cancer Treatment Centers of America, and special music from Robin Latimore.
All citizens are encouraged to come out and celebrate our survivors.
