Beginner’s, Vinyasa Flow, Restorative, and Stretch yoga services will be offered to all willing participants of the community.
All ages are welcome to attend.
Participants are encouraged to bring a mat/towel and water.
This will take place outdoors and inclement weather is possible so proper attire is suggested.
