To commemorate Douglasville’s 144th Birthday, the City of Douglasville invites residents, businesses and the public to join them at the Douglasville Conference Center at 3:00 PM on February 25th. “We’re excited about doing something different and involving everyone for the City’s birthday celebration this year,” Tourism Program Manager, Samantha Rosado, said of the celebration. “It’s a symbolic way of showing the City’s plan to set the community on a path of preservation, progress, and growth.” The celebration is free and open to the public; however, an RSVP is requested as light refreshments will be served.
