EAP Webinar - Mindful Minute

This series aims to give us a quick introduction and practice a new mindfulness or relaxation skill each month of 2021 to help with our ability to manage stress and weather the difficulties life throws at us. Each session will last between 10 and 20 minutes. Let’s take a quick break to relax, re-center, and refocus!
