The Douglasville City Council will hold public hearings on Monday, October 4, 2021  in the Douglasville Conference Center Auditorium, 6700 Church Street, Douglasville, Georgia and consider a request for (1) a variance to reduce the required 50 feet front yard setback in section 4.08B of the Unified Development Ordinance for a variance 16 feet, for a remaining requirement of 34 feet on the north and south side of a lot, and (2) a variance to reduce the required 15 feet rear yard principle structure setback in section 4.08B of the Unified Development Ordinance for a variance 6.5 feet, for a remaining requirement of 8.5 feet on the south side of a lot, and (3) a variance to reduce the required 10 feet front landscape strip setback in section 8.02[E]4a of the Unified Development Ordinance for a variance of 7 feet, for a remaining requirement of 3 feet on the east side of a lot, and (4) a variance to reduce the required 10 feet front landscape strip setback in section 8.02[E]4a of the Unified Development Ordinance for a variance of 6 feet, for a remaining requirement of 4 feet on the north side of a lot, and (5) a variance to allow parking within the required 10 feet landscape strip setback in section 8.02[E]4a of the Unified Development Ordinance on the north side of a lot, 1.27 acres at 9293 GA Highway 5 in Land Lot 160, District 2, Section 5, Parcel 76, 127.  Application by Judy Allie, c/o QuikTrip Corporation.
