HR is hosting an on-site Dental Office! They are partnering with Med-Bar, a professional dental team that will come directly to the Douglasville Conference Center on November 16, 2021  to provide comprehensive exams, preventative cleanings and x-rays at no cost (with insurance) for all of our staff on city insurance that would like to attend.  Orthodontia services will not be provided.

To obtain any of the dental services, you are required to wear a mask or face covering for the safety of yourself and others. Social distancing will be implemented at this event. Your temperature will be taken upon your entrance to the Conference Center.

• Exams, preventative cleanings and x-rays - $150.00 per person
• If you have insurance and have any cavities, your out of pocket costs range from $15.00 – $75.00
• If you do not have insurance and have cavities, your out of pocket costs range from $200.00 - $400.00 
• If you have insurance, the price for Teeth Whitening is $199.00 per person
• If you do not have insurance, the price for Teeth Whitening is $199.00 per person
