The Douglasville City Council will hold public hearings on Monday, April 4, 2022 in the Douglasville Conference Center Auditorium, 6700 Church Street, Douglasville, Georgia and consider a request for (1) a variance to reduce the required 50 feet stream buffer in section 9.01E(1) of the Unified Development Ordinance for a variance 40 feet, for a remaining requirement of 10 feet on the north and south side of a lot, and (2) a variance to reduce the required 75 feet stream buffer in section 9.01E(2) of the Unified Development Ordinance for a variance 75 feet, for a remaining requirement of 0 feet on the north and south side of a lot of 98.79 acres at GA Highway 5 and Bright Star Connector in Land Lot 159, District 2, Section 5, Parcel 31. Application by SL Douglas Place, LLC. Interested parties may appear at the public hearing.
