The Douglasville City Council will hold public hearings on Thursday, June 16, 2022, and Monday, June 21, 2022, at 6:00 P.M in the Douglasville Conference Center Auditorium, 6700 Church Street, Douglasville, Georgia 30134 and consider a request for a change in zoning from GC (General Commercial District) to LI (Light Industrial District) for  +/- 10.66 acres located at 12051 Veterans Memorial Highway  in Land Lot 824 & 825, District 18, Section 2, Parcel 2. (Parcel ID 0825182A002). Application by Brannen Development Company c/o Arthur Brannen. Interested parties may attend the public hearing.
