Medbar will be visiting our location on Thursday, February 24th and Friday, February 25th from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM at the Douglasville Conference Center to provide dental appointments to staff. Book your appointment at https://www.medbar.com/douglasville.

Exams & cleanings are 100% covered twice per year; x-rays are covered once per year by your Anthem PPO plan. That means no out of pocket cost to keep your smile clean and healthy! Whitening will be offered at an out of pocket cost. Anthem members: Medbar will verify your insurance coverage 72 hours in advance of your appointment. Non Anthem members: You may also elect to take advantage of onsite care.

Medbar accepts all major dental PPO plans. If you do not have dental coverage, payment will be due at the time of service. Appointments are required.
