The site consists of +/- 32.57 acres located on Bright Star Road in Land Lot 158, District 2, Section 5, Parcel 01580250072 and 01580250073. The request for variance will be considered at a Regular Voting meeting on Monday, January 8th, 2024. Both meetings will start at 6:00 pm in the Douglasville Conference Center Auditorium, located at 6700 Church Street, Douglasville, Georgia 30134. The City of City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, January 4th, 2024, to consider a request for a variance from section 8.01(E) of the Unified Development Ordinance to reduce the required parking spaces from 980 to 232 parking spaces. The site consists of +/- 160 acres located on North River Road in Land Lot 166, District 1, Section 5, Parcel ID 01660150010. The request for variance will be considered at the Regular Voting Meeting on Monday, January 8th, 2024. All meetings are held at 6:00 pm, in the Douglasville Conference Center Auditorium, 6700 Church Street, Douglasville, Georgia 30134. Application by Microsoft Corporation c/o Michael Trader.
