The City of Douglasville Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, January 9th, 2024, to consider a proposed ordinance to the Unified Development Ordinance to add a new zoning classification for Neighborhood Residential Commercial (NRC) and amend sub-sections 1.02, 2.02, 2.05, 13.02 and add sub-section 4.11. The Planning Commission recommendation will be forwarded to the City Council for a Public Hearing on Thursday, January 11th, 2024, and Regular Voting Meeting on Tuesday, January 16th, 2024. All meetings are held at 6:00 pm, in the Douglasville Conference Center Auditorium, 6700 Church Street, Douglasville, Georgia 30134. Application by Community Development Department. Interested parties may attend the public hearing.

The Planning Commission recommendation will be forwarded to the City Council for a Public Hearing on Thursday, January 11th, 2024, and Regular Voting Meeting on Tuesday, January 16th, 2024.
