The Douglasville Planning Commission meets in the Auditorium of the Douglasville Conference Center.

The commission is a recommending body and all requests, whether approved or denied, are sent to the Douglasville City Council for a final vote.

The City of Douglasville Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday,  May 2nd, 2023, to consider a request for a change in zoning from PUD (Planned Unit Development District) to PUD (Planned Unit Development District) for +/- 21.15 acres located on Slater Mill Road in Land Lot 80, District 1, Section 5, Parcel 00800150047.
