Cobb & Douglas Public Health is partnering with Douglasville Parks & Recreation and Kaiser Permanente's mobile health unit team to provide health screenings at our parks. The events are open to the public, but appointments are required since spaces are limited. Participants must be 18 years of age or older and you do not need to have health insurance or be a Kaiser Permanente member to receive the services. Identification is not required.
