Douglasville City Hall, City Hall Annex, and Municipal Court and Records will be closed December 23 - January 2 in observance of the Christmas and New Year Holidays.

There is a drop box inside the main entrance foyer to City Hall for payments, applications, etc...
If you have large plans for the Building Department, or deliveries for any department please call 770-920-3005 for instructions.

No late fees will be applied to payments received after Dec 31, 2023.
Late fees will only be applied to payments received after January 30, 2024.

City facilities will reopen at 8 AM on Tuesday January 2, 2024.

Monday December 25 sanitation routes will still be picked up on Tuesday December 26.
Monday January 1 sanitation routes will be picked up on Tuesday January 2.

Douglasville Parks & Recreation Department will close Ike Owings and Alice Hawthorne Community Centers December 24-27.
Both centers will reopen December 28-30 from 8 AM to 8 PM, and be closed again December 31 and January 1. City parks will be accessible during normal hours throughout this time period, except Christmas Day.

All city operations return to normal on Tuesday January 2, 2024 at 8 AM.

Douglasville Police Department will maintain normal operations throughout the period.
