The City of Douglasville Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, January 9th, 2024, to consider a request for Special Land Use Permit for Personal Cares Services – Massage Only for property zoned GC (General Commercial District) being +/- 0.17 acres on 6395 E Spring Street in Land Lot 20, District 1, Section 5, Parcel ID 00200150030. The Planning Commission recommendation will be forwarded to the City Council for a Public Hearing on Thursday, February 1st, 2024, and Regular Voting Meeting on Monday, February 5th, 2024. All meetings are held at 6:00 pm, in the Douglasville Conference Center Auditorium, 6700 Church Street, Douglasville, Georgia 30134. Application by Mary Lou Ross. Interested parties may attend the public hearing.
