Fees: Free to participate, but an application and interview are required. 

The Counselor-in-Training Program is designed to prepare youth ages 13 to 16 with quality job experiences by preparing them for camp counselor or recreation leader positions. Key goals within this program will be developing leadership skills, teamwork, communication, and program skills. CITs will help to organize games and activities with campers and assist the day camp counselors with daily responsibilities. The CIT program will give youth real-world job training and an opportunity to receive volunteer hours for school.
