The Douglasville Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 2nd, 2024, to consider an amendment to Exhibit C of ORD-2021-56 to amend condition 14 regarding camera systems throughout the community to require instead “Vehicular tag reader system to be installed at entrance to development” at a lot of +/- 13.83 acres on Vansant Road in Land Lot 902, District 18, Section 2, Parcel ID 09021820018. The Planning Commission’s recommendation will be forwarded to the City Council for a Public Hearing on Thursday, April 11th, 2024, and Regular Voting meeting on Monday, April 15th, 2024. The site will consist of +/- 1.2 acres on Veteran’s Memorial Highway in Land Lot 744, District 18, Section 2, Parcel ID 07441820013 and 07441820018. The request for variance will be considered at the Regular Voting Meeting on Monday, April 15th, 2024.
