The Douglasville Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 2nd, 2024, to consider an amendment to Exhibit C of ORD-2021-56 to amend condition 14 regarding camera systems throughout the community to require instead “Vehicular tag reader system to be installed at entrance to development” at a lot of +/- 13.83 acres on Vansant Road in Land Lot 902, District 18, Section 2, Parcel ID 09021820018. The Planning Commission’s recommendation will be forwarded to the City Council for a Public Hearing on Thursday, April 11th, 2024, and Regular Voting meeting on Monday, April 15th, 2024. Both meetings will start at 6:00 pm in the Douglasville Conference Center Auditorium, located at 6700 Church Street, Douglasville, Georgia 30134.
