The City of City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, May 16th, 2024, to consider a request for a variance from section 8.01(E) of the Unified Development Ordinance to reduce the required parking spaces from 750 to 125 parking spaces and a variance from section 8.03(C) to increase the maximum light mounting height from 20 feet to 40 feet. The site consists of +/- 55.37 acres located on North River Road in Land Lot 173, District 1, Section 5, Parcel ID 01730150012. The request for variance will be considered at the Regular Voting Meeting on Monday, May 20th, 2024.
