The City of City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, July 11th, 2024, to consider a request for a variance from section 5.04(B) to reduce the minimum front yard setback from 30 feet to 13 feet to allow a building addition to be placed in the front yard setback. The site consists of +/- .523 acres located at 7615 Granite Drive in Land Lot 190, District 2, Section 5, Parcel ID 01900250079. The request for variance will be considered at the Regular Voting Meeting on Monday, July 15th, 2024. All meetings are held at 6:00 pm, in the Douglasville Conference Center Auditorium, 6700 Church Street, Douglasville, Georgia 30134. Application by JJM Holdings, LLC.
