The Douglasville City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, November 14, 2024, to consider a request for a variance from section 4.08(B) to reduce the minimum rear yard setback from 15 feet to 10 feet. The site consists of +/- 2 acres located at 777 Bob Arnold Blvd in Land Lot 678, District 18, Section 2, Parcel ID 06781820011. The request for variance will be considered at the Regular Voting Meeting on Monday, November 18, 2024. All meetings are held at 6:00 pm, in the Douglasville Conference Center Auditorium, 6700 Church Street, Douglasville, Georgia 30134. Application by H Hotel LS, LLC c/o Bipin Hira.
