The Douglasville Police Department is actively seeking citizen cooperation to reduce crime and maximize our resources.

We have been state-accredited since 2014 and are now working toward national accreditation through the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies, Inc. (CALEA).

To support this effort, CALEA has created an online portal where community members can share their feedback on our department, helping assess our compliance with CALEA's standards for continuous improvement and excellence.
